Terms & Conditions and Tourist Consent
These Terms & Conditions govern all travel services provided by Macrise Travel & Tourism. By booking any tour or travel service, the client confirms that they have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
- Scope of Services
The Macrise Travel & Tourism offers tourism and travel-related services within Pakistan, including but not limited to northern areas and other domestic destinations. Services are provided to tourists who intend to visit Pakistan for vacation, business, or other lawful purposes. - Booking & Payment Policy
All bookings shall be confirmed only upon receipt of 100% advance payment. Full payment must be made at least seven (7) working days prior to the scheduled date of departure. Failure to make full payment within this timeframe may result in automatic cancellation without prior notice. - Cancellation & Refund Policy
• Cancellations made more than 24 hours prior to departure will be subject to a deduction of 30% of the total booking amount.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours prior to departure will result in a deduction ranging from 50% to 100% of the total amount, depending upon circumstances, arrangements already made, and non-recoverable costs.
• No refund shall be applicable for no-shows. - Child Policy
• Children aged 2 years or below may travel free of charge with one adult. No separate seat will be provided.
• Children aged above 2 years up to 10 years will be charged 50% of the applicable fare, and an individual seat will be provided.
• Children aged above 10 years will be charged the full fare. - Luggage Policy
• Passengers are solely responsible for loading and unloading their luggage.
• Each ticket allows luggage (Maximum of two bags) up to 30 kilograms free of charge.
• Excess luggage will be charged at USD 5 per kilogram.
• Passengers are strictly prohibited from placing cash, jewelry, prize bonds, or any valuable, fragile, or delicate items in checked luggage. Macrise Travel & Tourism shall not entertain any claims for loss or damage of such items.
• Macrise Travel & Tourism shall not be responsible for any loss, theft or damage to luggage. - Lost or Misplaced Luggage
In case checked luggage (including hand luggage) is lost or misplaced, passengers must immediately report the matter to the driver or a Macrise Travel & Tourism representative. - Limitation of Liability
The Macrise Travel & Tourism, its agents, employees, and representatives shall not be liable for any injury, death, damage, loss, accident, delay, theft, irregularity or act of God, whether caused by third parties, service providers or unforeseen circumstances during the tour. - Prohibited Items & Conduct
• Pets or animals are strictly prohibited in vehicles or luggage compartments.
• Chemicals, oil cans, gas cylinders (full or empty), alcohol, drugs, weapons, explosives, liquids, and perishable items are strictly prohibited.
• Any passenger found intoxicated or under the influence of drugs or alcohol will not be permitted to board the vehicle, even if a ticket has been purchased. - Personal Belongings
The Macrise Travel & Tourism shall not be responsible for loss of luggage, money, jewelry, prize bonds or other valuables due to accidents or tragic incidents. - Delays & Force Majeure
The Macrise Travel & Tourism shall not be responsible for delays or changes in departure or arrival caused by traffic congestion, road construction, accidents, adverse weather conditions or other circumstances beyond its control. - Extra Charges & Itinerary Changes
• Additional charges arising from natural disasters, landslides, snowfall, heavy rain, storms, or any other or similar events shall be borne by the client.
• Such charges will be calculated based on additional hours or days beyond the agreed itinerary and must be paid immediately via cash or bank transfer.
• The Macrise Travel & Tourism reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the itinerary if deemed necessary for client safety and comfort. - Included Services
The Macrise Travel & Tourism will provide transportation, accommodation, breakfast, dinner, and other services explicitly mentioned in the approved travel plan. Any service not expressly mentioned shall be considered excluded. - Privacy & Marketing Consent
Client privacy is a priority for the Macrise Travel & Tourism. However, Macrise Travel & Tourism use photographs or videos taken during the tour for marketing and advertising purposes only, without compensation. - Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. - Acceptance & Consent
By confirming a booking and making payment, the client acknowledges full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions and provides informed consent to abide by them.
